I am responsible for the day-to-day strategic and tactical operation of the department tasked with generating additional revenue year-on-year from existing customer contracts, supporting our growing Sales team with pricing and quoting new business and measuring sales and marketing performance vs. business goals.

Actively engaged in defining and delivering commercial strategy. From medical device sales to SaaS subscriptions, I have a record of devising and implementing business models which lead to profitable and sustainable growth. I am now responsible for building and leading the team tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of Checkit's Commercial Operations function.

I have charted a steep career trajectory in the six years since moving from the public to the private sector, developing valuable cross-functional experience whilst progressing from marketing to business development and now senior leadership roles.
