Stage 3

First Interview

This is the first formal, structured part of the interview process. We usually do our interviews remotely over Microsoft Teams, but for some roles we may ask you to come into one of our offices. Typically the interview will be led by the Hiring Manager, supported by a colleague. Interviews will focus on your experience, skills, knowledge, achievements, motivation and character fit, along with your understanding of the role and our company. We will usually ask you for examples from your past to illustrate that you have a particular skill or capability. If you've been successful at this stage, we'll contact you to book in a second interview or make you a job offer, or if you haven't been successful we'll let you know. We aim to give all candidates personalised feedback at this stage.
Stage 4

Second Interview

This is the second formal, structured part of the interview process. We usually do our interviews remotely over Microsoft Teams, but for some roles we may ask you to come into one of our offices. Typically the interview will be conducted by different people to the first stage. Second interviews will build on our discussions at first stage, going deeper into critical parts of your experience and addressing any areas of concern from the first stage. Sometimes we might ask you to present to us on a relevant topic. We don't always do second interviews - sometimes we will offer after first stage. If you've been successful at this stage, we'll contact you to make you a job offer, or if you haven't been successful we'll let you know. We aim to give all candidates personalised feedback at this stage.
Stage 5

Third Interview

This is the third formal, structured part of the interview process. We usually do our interviews remotely over Microsoft Teams, but for some roles we may ask you to come into one of our offices. Typically the interview will be conducted by different people to the earlier stages. Third interviews will build on our discussions at the earlier stages, going deeper into critical parts of your experience and addressing any areas of concern from the earlier stages. Sometimes we might ask you to present to us on a relevant topic. We don't always do third interviews - sometimes we will offer after an earlier stage. If you've been successful at this stage, we'll contact you to make you a job offer, or if you haven't been successful we'll let you know. We aim to give all candidates personalised feedback at this stage.
Stage 6

Fourth Interview

This is the fourth and final formal, structured part of the interview process. We are likely to ask you to come into one of our offices. Typically the interview will be conducted by different people to the earlier stages. Final interviews will build on our discussions at the earlier stages, going deeper into critical parts of your experience and addressing any areas of concern from the earlier stages. Sometimes we might ask you to present to us on a relevant topic. We don't always do fourth interviews - sometimes we will offer after an earlier stage. If you've been successful at this stage, we'll contact you to make you a job offer, or if you haven't been successful we'll let you know. We aim to give all candidates personalised feedback at this stage.
